Show Officials

Show Organisers using officials such as a judge (dressage or show jumping) or course designer (show jumping) who are not already listed on the Dressage Ireland or Show Jumping Ireland officials list, must be registered with AIRC for inclusion on the AIRC Show Officials list.

Rule 5.5 sets out the criteria for club and inter-club (or regional) activities.

Officials on the Dressage Ireland, Eventing Ireland and ShowJumping Ireland lists are also permitted to officiate at inter-club activities.

How to Apply

In order to be considered for inclusion on the AIRC list of approved officials, the applicant must complete the application form and enclose a reference from an official who is currently listed on the Dressage Ireland or ShowJumping Ireland list.  They must be of the same or higher standard.

The applicant’s club may then forward the application to National Office on behalf of the applicant once their club committee has reviewed the application for its suitability.

Only members of the Association of Irish Riding Clubs may be included on the AIRC list of approved officials.

AIRC List of Approved Show Officials

The following are currently approved to officiate at AIRC activities.  Please note that only those approved for regional activities may officiate at any inter-club event (i.e. an event involving members from more than one club) in accordance with rule 5.5.
