Foxborough Riding Club won the Team Dressage Championship Qualifier for the AIRC South Leinster region last Sunday after a tight contest at Spruce Lodge.
Six teams representing five clubs took part in the sweltering weather conditions along with around 65 individuals.
After the morning tests had been completed, the Hollybrook were just out in front of Foxborough with Brooke Lodge hot on their heels in third place.
At the end of the day, however, the top two places were reversed as the Foxborough team of Lorna Davenport (Beautiful Dreamer), Daphne Lush (Millpoint Carnival), Marie Comiskey (Rabawn O’Gorman) and Claire Kenny (Walter) securing the top spot on a score of 67.73%.
