Kevin McGuinness, vice chairman of the Association of Irish Riding Clubs, has been appointed chairman of Horse Sport Irelands Dressage High-Performance Committee.

McGuinness took up the position earlier this month and it is an important year for the committee as Ireland only earlier this month secured a place at the Olympic Games in Rio later this year.
