You are reminded that membership applications can take up to 10 working days to be processed at National Office.
We do not offer a fast track service at this time of the year due to the large volume of applications so please ensure to allow sufficient time for your applications.
An online application, paid by debit or credit card, has the quickest around. For those who opt to pay by EFT, these can generally take longer to process as payments must clear before the application can be processed.
Club Secretaries should note that any online application will remain listed incomplete on the Membership Online portal until the application has been processed and membership cards issued.
Members should note that under rule 2, they are not a registered member of the Association until they are in receipt of their membership card.
You are also reminded that phoning the office regarding your membership applications, slows down the process and members are advised that if they phone the National Office, regarding their application, we will revert them back to their Club Secretary.
