The winners of the Association of Irish Riding Clubs recent photo competition have been announced.

 

Elaine Lynch’s photograph (above), was taken at Warrington Riding Clubs Summer Show last April.

 

Laura Carrick’s entry, left, shows that winning feeling with the Cheval member crossing the finish line after jumping the last fence at the North East Region’s Horseware qualifier last year.  The photo was taken by Billy Hughes.

 

Elsewhere, third place went to Springmounts Norma Tierney who took time out while jumping a fence to pose for the camera!

 

It was taken during a club outing at Flowerhill Equestrian Centre, Co. Galway.
