Operational changes at National Office

Club secretaries and members are advised of some changes to our operations at National Office ahead of the resumption of activities from 8th June.

Due to the travel restrictions, our staff continue to work remotely and therefore the following changes are necessary:

  • National Office remains closed to members of the public.
  • Our phone lines will only be available for incoming calls from 10.30 to 1.30 each day. Emails will be answered throughout the day.
  • Only online orders including online payment for memberships will be accepted at this time due to health and safety reasons and restricted access to post.
  • Only online applications for horse registrations will be accepted at this time due to health and safety reasons.

Please allow additional time, and a minimum of 10 working days, for any application to be processed.

Thank you for the amazing support and apologies that we have had to restrict our service in this way, but it is necessary during this time.
