Irish Sport Horse wins HSI’s working hunter championship

Glencot Steel ridden by Hollybrook’s Eamonn Kelly won the Horse Sport Ireland sponsored working hunter championship at the Riding Clubs Festival at Stradbally Hall Estate, Co. Laois last Sunday.

The 10-year-old grey Temple Clover mare had earlier won the intermediate section before impressing the judges in the final.

A eight-year-old chestnut mare, Mademoiselle Millie, claimed the reserve champion ribbon for Deirdre Fitzgerald from Abbeylands.
