The Association is delighted to welcome Dr. Aoife Quinn, who will present an introduction to sport psychology for riders webinar.

Do you want to maximise your competition performance and enjoyment with your horse? Join Dr. Aoife Quinn for an introduction to sport psychology for riders. This interactive online workshop will look at topics including confidence and anxiety, along with useful tips to help you reach your equestrian goals. 

Dr Aoife Quinn completed a BA in Psychology at Maynooth University, followed by a PhD at the School of Psychology at UCD. Aoife is Dean of Psychology at City Colleges and is a psychology lecturer with Dublin City University. She also runs a private sport and performance psychology practice and sees clients from a range of settings, including sport and the corporate world (www.drquinn.ie/[email protected]).
