Grainne III, ridden by Mill Roads Fiona Doggett, won the Horse Sport Ireland sponsored working hunter championship at the Riding Clubs Festival at Stradbally Hall Estate, Co. Laois on Sunday (11th June).
The 8-year-old dun mare had earlier won the cobs and small hunters section before impressing the judges in the final.
Doggett had won the small hunters and mares championship on the previous day and was also named reserve champion in the Carl Geisler Memorial Championship.
A five-year-old brown mare, Ardagh Epic, was named the reserve champion for Tom Whyte from Mosstown.
