The Association of Irish Riding Clubs is inviting expressions of interest (Form F91/16) from clubs wishing to represent the Association—and Ireland—at the prestigious World Club Team Show Jumping Tournament, held during the Generali Open de France this July.
Teams should consist of members competing at RC 90 and/or RC 100 level in show jumping.
Each team of 3 or 4 riders competes in two show jumping rounds and a final. The competition will be run over two days: 2 rounds and a final. The final is reserved for the five best teams after the first two rounds. Each rider has to participate with the same horse throughout the competition.
The Federation Francaise d’Equitation (FFE) helps teams who want to participate in The Generali World Club Tournament to find accommodation and horse rental for teams who need it. It is envisaged that team members will hire horses for this event due to the distance and cost of transportation, but it is possible to bring your own.
The event will take place from 20th to 22nd July 2025 at the Parc Equestre Federal in Lamotte Beuvron, France, and offers a unique opportunity to compete internationally while sharing equestrian experiences with clubs from around the globe.
Clubs interested in putting forward a team must return the completed Expression of Interest form (F91/16) to the National Office no later than Friday, 25th April 2025.
For further information, please contact Elaine Dunne at National Office.
