National Office has experienced its busiest January since 2009 with huge volumes of membership applications received and processed. It is also the second busiest January since 2007.
You are reminded that membership applications can take up to 10 working days to be processed at National Office.
We do not offer a fast track service at this time of the year due to the large volume of applications so please ensure to allow sufficient time for your applications.
Online renewals, paid by debit or credit card, is the quickest way to renew membership applications. For those who opt to pay by EFT, these can generally take longer to process.
You should also note that phoning the office regarding your membership applications, slows down the process and please advise your members that if they phone the office we will revert them back to Club Secretaries regarding their application.
