Patrons attending the AIRC Riding Clubs Festival should note the following important information with regard to arrivals at the show.
Arrivals
The show grounds will open from 2pm, Friday 10th June 2022.
Arriving With Horses/Tack Only
International Stable Block
International stables are located behind the indoor arena – access is through the main gate (to shop) and continue down through the yard. Please unload as swiftly as possible. As soon as you have unloaded, please continue straight following the road to the top field (camp/parking area). We will have people on the ground to assist please follow their instructions. (Follow the yellow arrow on map)
Top Stable Block (Green)
The top stable block is in the top car park next to Sand Arena 2, if you are stabled here, please use the 2nd main gate (gate to arenas) for access. Unload promptly and head via the side avenue to take you to the camping/parking area. (Follow the yellow arrow on map)
Camping Only
Please arrive via the entrance on the R392.
The latest time for arrivals is 9 pm on Friday evening from 8 pm on Saturday.
Please DO NOT Park or Obstruct any Road Ways.
Catering & Entertainment
Pavilion Restaurant – Friday: 6pm-9pm
Saturday: 8:30am – 9pm
Sunday: 8:30am – 8pm.
Pavilion Bar – Friday: 6pm – 11pm, Tony’s Table Quiz at 9:30pm
Saturday: 5pm – 11pm, with LIVE Music.
Sunday: Closed.
Coffee Box – Friday: Closed.
Saturday: 9am – 5pm.
Sunday: 9am – 5pm.
Pizza Box – Friday: Closed.
Saturday: 12:30 – 9:30pm.
Sunday: 12:30 – 5:30pm.
Onsite Showers
NEW Shower facility is open, 7:30am – 10am & 18:30-9pm each day.
You can purchase your shower token from Forever Equestrian.

The Forever Equestrian pop-up shop, located next to the show office will also be open from 9am -6pm daily.
