We are delighted to announce that Para Equestrian Ireland will be joining us at this year’s Riding Clubs Festival, taking place on the 6th and 7th of June.
As part of the weekend’s events, Para Equestrian Ireland will host a special demonstration on Saturday evening (time to be confirmed). This promises to be a truly inspiring showcase, highlighting the incredible partnership between horse and rider and demonstrating the adaptability, skill, and determination that define para equestrian sport.
Para equestrian disciplines, particularly para dressage, are a powerful example of inclusivity in sport. Riders with physical or visual impairments compete at the highest levels, with the sport tailored to ensure fair and competitive participation. It is a celebration of ability, resilience, and the unique bond shared with the horse.
We are also proud to announce that Para Equestrian Ireland will be our chosen charity for the raffle taking place on Saturday night. We already have some fantastic prizes lined up and are very grateful for the support received so far. If you or your business would like to contribute by donating a prize, please contact us at [email protected].
Speaking ahead of the event, Heather Lemmon Kiely secretary for Para Equestrain Ireland said:
“This event is a fantastic opportunity to showcase the harmony between horse and the rider. Paradressage shows us that anything can be adapted and overcome. Para Equestrian Ireland are looking forward to being part of a day that not only demonstrates the skill and dedication involved, but also brings people together through a shared love of horses.”
We look forward to welcoming Para Equestrian Ireland to what promises to be an unforgettable weekend of sport, community, and celebration.
