NutriScience Equine A.I.R.C. Pathway Series to Offer New Opportunities for Riding Club Members with Eventing Ireland

Eventing Ireland is pleased to announce an exciting new collaboration with NutriScience Equine and the Association of Irish Riding Clubs (A.I.R.C.), which will see dedicated A.I.R.C. classes run at three selected Eventing Ireland national events during the upcoming season.

The A.I.R.C. classes will be proudly sponsored by NutriScience Equine, whose continued support of Irish equestrian sport plays a vital role in developing horses and riders at all levels. NutriScience Equine’s involvement underscores a shared commitment to grassroots and Amateur Eventing.

Faith Morris of NutriScience stated, “We are incredibly proud to sponsor the inaugural NutriScience
Equine A.I.R.C. Pathway Series. By investing in these events, we are helping to promote the growth
and sustainability of Irish grassroots eventing through collaboration and support. NutriScience Equine
is committed to creating opportunities for riders and horses to thrive across the country – from the
first jump to the finish line, we’re with Irish equestrians every step of the way.”

The initiative aims to offer new opportunities for Riding Club members wishing to experience national-level Eventing, as well as offering a pathway to the A.I.R.C. Eventing Championships. The dedicated classes will provide A.I.R.C. members with the opportunity to compete amongst their
peers at affiliated Events, with no additional cost for Eventing Ireland membership or day tickets.

The classes will be run under Eventing Ireland rules, at 80cm-110cm. The Events that will host the NutriScience Equine A.I.R.C. Pathway classes are:

  • Flowerhill 1 – 17 th May (80cm-100cm)
  • Grove – 28 th June (90cm-110cm)
  • Glandoran 2 – 16 th August (80cm-100cm)

Speaking on the collaboration, representatives from both organisations highlighted the value of working together to broaden participation and create new opportunities for Riding Club members. The partnership reflects a mutual goal of fostering growth within Irish Eventing and supporting riders
as they advance through the sport.

Elaine Dunne, General Manager of A.I.R.C. said, “The Association of Irish Riding Clubs is delighted to
collaborate with Eventing Ireland to provide our members with the opportunity to take part in
eventing across three excellent venues. This partnership represents an exciting step forward for our
members, and we are very much looking forward to seeing how it develops. We are confident it will
be a positive experience for all involved, and we look forward to working closely with Eventing
Ireland in the months ahead. We would also like to sincerely thank NutriScience Equine for their
generous sponsorship of this initiative.”

“This collaboration with A.I.R.C. represents an important step in strengthening the relationship
between affiliates, as well as offering new opportunities for Riding Club members,” said Alison Packman, General Manager of Eventing Ireland. “By offering dedicated classes for A.I.R.C. members at select
national events, we are creating an accessible and supportive pathway for Riding Club members to
try Eventing, or gain valuable experience on the way to their own Eventing Championships. We are
delighted to work alongside A.I.R.C. on this initiative and very grateful to NutriScience Equine for
their support in making these opportunities possible.”

Eventing Ireland and A.I.R.C. look forward to welcoming Riding Club members to these dedicated
classes and to a successful season of collaboration, supported by NutriScience Equine.
