Counties Donegal, Cavan and Monaghan will move on to Level 4 of the government’s ‘Living with Covid’ restriction plan at midnight.
The rest of the country is to remain at Level 3 restrictions.
This means the following restrictions will be in place in the three counties from midnight tonight:
- No competitions are permitted with the exception of virtual or online dressage competitions.
- Instructor-led training only is only permitted, within the county boundaries) with protective measures in place. Up to 3 people permitted indoors with pods of up to 15 permitted outdoors.
- No travel is permitted outside of your county or into another county to attend any AIRC activity.

Member Clubs, Event Organisers and Competitors are asked to be aware of the conditions in their local community and remember that there is no requirement on clubs or event organisers to host events or for members to participate should they decide.
All AIRC Covid-19 protocols must be adhered to at all times and members are requested to wear a face mask or covering while attending an AIRC activity.
The move to Level 4 for these counties will remain in place until Tuesday 10 November.
