Members images that are over 5 years old are no longer retained on file due to the Associations data retention policy under the General Data Protection Regulations.
You can check to see if you will need to provide a new passport photo by entering your membership number in the search box below.
Please note that this checker only applies to members renewing from 2019. If you are renewing a membership from a previous year (i.e. 2018 or prior), and they do not show below, you may still need to provide a photograph for this person.
Please ensure to enter the correct Member ID number.
