Clubs and members in Dublin and surrounding counties are encouraged to have their say about Coillte’s plans for their forests in the Dublin Mountains.
The semi-state body has opened up a consultation process in respect of the Dublin Mountains Forests – A Woodland for our Future.
You now have the opportunity to comment and engage in this process regarding the use the Forests for equestrian activities. We understand that signage has been erected in Barnaslingan and Carrickgollogan forests in Dublin which prohibit access to equestrians.
Horse Sport Ireland is currently engaging with Coillte on the matter. However, clubs and individuals have the opportunity to put forward their views directly and we would encourage stakeholders to do so. Should you wish comment to Horse Sport Ireland directly, please email [email protected]
