Earls Well Riding Club once again won the Musical Ride sponsored by the Irish Field which took place in front of a large crowd of spectators in front of Stradbally House at the Riding Clubs Festival last Saturday.

Four clubs took part in the contest before judges, Michael Moore and Geraldine Bellew, where the Cork based club came out on top with a score of 219. Benbulben Riding Club, with their Spanish theme, followed closely behind on 214 points to take the runners up spot ahead of Killcarrick in third.

The winning team (above) included Aimee Garrett, Eibhlin Foley, Gillian O’ Connor, Kate O’ Shea, Margaret O’ Shea and Maria Greenway.
