Please note that from 1st January 2017, any club using a judge or official for the purposes outlined below, must be registered with National Office on a National Database, if they are not already listed on Dressage Ireland / Eventing Ireland / Show Jumping Ireland approved list for their specific role:

• Dressage Judge
• Show Jumping Judge
• Show Jumping Course Designer
• Technical Delegate / Society Steward

Officials may be registered for club activities and also regional activities. Those approved at club level are only permitted to judge and/or officiate at club activities only while those at regional level may judge and/or officiate at regional activities.

Those seeking approval at regional level must be approved by their respective regional committee while club committees may approve those for club activities only.

Each applicant, once approved by their relevant committee will be registered for a period of up to two years, with each application expiring at the end of the second year, upon receipt of their application form.

There will be no charge for this service but clubs and regions are asked to allow time for applications to be processed. The application form is available to download at this link:
