The 2022 rule book (D04/12) has been updated to provide clarity regarding the qualifications members may hold as outlined in rule 6.3.

The wording has been amended so that it only applies to those who have attained a riding qualification in the past three years.  This applies to those members graded RC P2 / RC 80 or above.
