Online entries open, via your Membership Online (MO) account, on Tuesday 25th April, and close at 12 noon on Friday  5th May 2023.  

Entries for National Championships and Events will only be accepted as per rule 9.3.

Consult the Show Schedule for further details.

A 50% refund (excluding the admin charge and/or supplementary fee)) will be issued for withdrawals received, using the online event refund request form (F14/11), no later than 12 noon on Friday 19th May.

No refunds will be issued for withdrawals received after this date. 

In the event of this championship being abandoned (i.e. after it started), for whatever reason, no refunds will be issued.

Camping is available onsite but patrons may only camp in the designated camping area.  Anyone found camping outside of these areas will be asked to move and failure to comply will result in any competitor being disqualified and any club may be fined at the discretion of the organisers.

Those wishing to camp onsite must book a camping ticket to gain access to the camping area.  This is free of charge and can be booked at the link below.

Camping tickets must be pre-booked by Tuesday 6th June at the link below.
