From next year we will be making a few changes to how clubs may enter regional qualifiers for the Team Dressage Championship and Team Show Jumping Championship.

The following changes apply from next year:

• Entries for qualifiers must only be submitted via the Membership Online Portal.
• Only Club Secretaries will be given access to submit team entries

Payment, however, will not be taken online and teams must forward payment separate to the online entry to the organisers.

There are a number of benefits for doing this as organisers will be no longer be required to :

• Check the eligibility of a rider (i.e paid before 30th April)
• Check if a horse is registered

Organisers of each qualifier can nominate a person who will be given online access to the entries so they can download them for use at their qualifier.
