The rules for this years AIRC Team Show Jumping Championship have been published in the 2024 edition of the rule book and include a number of changes.
These include some of the following:
- Teams may nominate up to two reserves for their team and may only use these reserves.
- Only the highest-placed eligible team will be invited to compete at the wild card final or championship final so it is in your club’s interests to make sure that riders are graded correctly, horses are registered, etc.
- Entry to your qualifier is via a postal entry form and is to be sent directly to the show organisers. Please ensure to provide all the information asked on the form. This form must be signed by both the club chair and secretary.
It should also be noted that the Club Committee is fully responsible for any team they enter and it is their responsibility to ensure that any team they enter is eligible.
Members are encouraged to take the time to read the changes in the latest edition of the rule book (see pages 49-51).
